The biggest project we had hoped to fund at last year’s Give Hope banquet was for a new girl’s dorm at the high school. Incredibly, due to your generosity, we’ve nearly fully funded it and construction is nearly complete!!

This is the first in a series of dominos in what we described as the 'domino effect'. By building the new girl’s dorm, we can move the girls from the dorm they’re currently in to the new dorm. That allows us to move the boys out of their building into the old girl’s dorm.

Then we can utilize the space the boys were in as boarding facility for our junior high school students. By moving the junior higher out of the slum’s schools, we can open up more enrollment space in our primary schools which allows us to reach and enroll even more primary school students in the slums.

Incredibly, it’s all going exactly as we had hoped! The new dorm is 90% funded. But that leaves us with a $33,000 gap to our total goal.
